Events we organize for brony community and community-related events we visited or plan to visit
For the fifth time, the traditional Winter Karaoke party took place before Christmas, which ended the whole year 2016 for bronies from the Czech and Slovak Republic. An hour before noon, the doors to the venue opened, where everything was prepared so that every visitor could enjoy the real pre-Christmas atmosphere with ponies.
The past year was probably the most exhausting one since the beginning of brony fandom in CZ/SK. The second Czequestria ended up being even more successful than the first, and some bronies managed to visit more than 10 big events during the year, and the fourth annual Winter Karaoke was the cherry on top of the cake before a well-deserved rest and gathering strength for the next year of conventions and meetups.

After all the conventions and meetups appearing for the whole year (with Czequestria on top), the calm and rest time finally comes… or not 🙂 having learned from last year, we return to Sokolovna Řepy to meet again in the time before Christmas.

The inevitable has become a reality – The bronies in the Czech and Slovak republic have grown in such numbers that a big celebration is in order!
Last year we’ve traveled far and wide to visit various MLP Conventions around Europe. We’ve even created our own MLP event line in the largest local Multi-fandom con! But it seems that we’ve outgrown that and the time has come to make our own 1st CZ/SK “My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic” convention!
„… and then, the Czequestria was born“
December 15, 2013, was declared as the day for the second event of the CZ/SK Bronies z.s. It was already the fifth major meetup of CZ/SK Bronies, this time with a touch of Christmas atmosphere.
After last year’s success of the same meetup (originally planned for six people, ended up with almost 80 participants), it was only a matter of finding a place where we could fit comfortably this year.
The search effort paid off – for this year, our venue was Sokolovna Řepy in Prague.
